While working on homework tonight, I began to get hungry, and I remembered that since eating that ice cream at Golden Corral, I've had a craving for gummi bears. So I went to the Corner Store gas station and bought a bag of gummi bears, an English toffee cappuccino, and a jalapeno hot dog with ketchup. Everything was really good, but don't eat something with jalapenos in it and then take a sip of something hot; it kind of burns the throat! The gummi bears are nice and soft, not those hard ones that are hard to chew. And surprisingly, I don't hate the green ones in this bag! They're fun to snack on.
P.S. - While on the subject, what's everyone's preference: gummi bears, or gummi worms? Bears for me - unless you're making "dirt cups." Bears don't go in the dirt unless they're digging holes. (For anyone who doesn't know what "dirt cups" are, they're small cups of chocolate mousse covered with oreo cookie crumbs and with a few gummi worms strung throughout.)
I don't even remember if it had caramel in it.
But if you ever see a Zesto ice cream shop, you
should definitely stop by.
Dang that sounds pretty good minus the caramel.
if I remember right.
In a flower pot - that's pretty fancy!
Chocolate mousse is so good. Ever since the first
time I had it, chocolate pudding just doesn't
taste as good. And vanilla pudding - I don't like
it. The brownie bits sound delicious though..
Nathan, too bad you couldn't eat at this
old-fashioned ice cream place where I used to
live. I always used to get this thing called the
Muddy River Twist, and it had like vanilla ice
cream, chocolate ice cream, melted hot fudge and
caramel sauce, and oreos, if
I know someone who makes dirt pie with
chocolate pudding, whipped cream, vanilla pudding,
brownie bits, crushed oreo on top and gummy worms.
It's the best ever.
We call it dirt pudding at our house. And we
usually make it in a real (but not used) flower
pot and put a fake flower on top. Mmmmm...that
sounds good right now.
