Kielbasa Sandwich
I made 2 polish kielbasa sandwiches with sauteed onions. I cooked the kielbasa on the forman grill. The onions in a cast iron pan with old bacon grease, water, and seasoning salt. I also put some mustard on the sandwich. To drink, I had the Ranger IPA from New Belgium (great beer).
IPA's are not my favorite but Ranger is the
best IPA I have had
IPA's are gross!!!
Yum-O, we should think of new things to make
now that we both have Keilbasa!
I don't remember how many lbs it was, but It
was $8. I'll look for the amount and tell you
later.
