Oh well! LOL Dinner Installment #3, I dont know if any of you have watched Julie & Julia but Ive been wanting to try the bruchetta that she makes early on in the movie, found me a recipe online and viola! I made Ravioli stuffed with chicken breast, rosemary and cheese with spaghetti sauce, bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil, the toast was done from Italian loaf of bread toasted to a lovely golden brown and a nice flavorful salad...YUMMMMMMM-O!
you should watch it Nathan.
What there is a movie about food? But it's
called Julie and Julia? Sounds like a chick flick,
which doesn't surprise me that Brando was into it.
thanks Ben and here I am feeling special!!! :oP
I agree, that movie made me hungry! and if you
dont mind, Ima post every day till one of the
forces of WYAT boots me, hehehe :oP
You're not the only one posting...just the only
one posting every day. That movie made me
hungry.
Ahh I dont blame you, it was sooo good! I
sliced the italian loaf of bread and let it sit
out for 10mins so it gets a bit crunchier, then I
heated up olive oil and browned the bread in it,
it browned beautifully and didnt sop up the oil,
then I used cherry tomatoes instead of regular
ones, and fresh basil, I tell ya it was AMAZING!
post a pic when you make yours tomorrow!
I did the exact same thing! As soon as I
finished that movie, I went out and got
ingredients to make my own bruchetta. And I'm
making it tomorrow cause I happened to buy all the
ingredients today
